The firm of Thomas P. Joynt, P.C. was started in 1981 with an office in Scottsdale, Arizona. In the late 1980's, I opened an East Valley office in Mesa, Arizona. I was able to provide services to the several clients that I was meeting in the East Valley by serving on various Boards, (Valley Big Brothers, YMCA, etc.). Over the years I have seen other CPA associates attempt to increase the size of their firm, only to realize that to give good quality service it is better to remain small. It is because of this, that I have chosen not to grow my practice to unmanageable levels. I strongly believe in personally serving my clients and providing them with the quality of service that they deserve.

I believe in providing the same quality service to my clients that I expect to receive from other professionals. I always attempt to stay in touch with my clients. I let them know that I will always return their phone calls in a timely manner, unless I am out at appointments for the day, then I will return the calls in the morning. In working with my clients individual tax returns, I stop taking appointments at the end of March, which allows me to complete in a timely and accurate manner the returns for the clients that I am serving. I believe that last minute work only produces sloppy and inaccurate results. In order to give my clients the professionalism that my clients deserve, I believe in being responsive and attentive to all their needs. I believe my clients have been satisifed with their service, and I thank all my clients for their loyalty.
